“Savvin River Residence” is a mini-city on the waterfront in the historic Khamovniki district, accessible only to its residents. It is located right on the waterfront of the Moskva River on the site of a former lace factory. Thanks to this, the water here is not just a view from the window, but a full-fledged element of your everyday aesthetic. The complex consists of four 7–9-story club houses that form a private neighborhood overlooking the water. The project was developed by Gardtex. A total of 169 residences ranging in size from 44 to 281 square meters were designed for the complex. Ceiling heights here reach 4.5 meters. The apartments are sold as unfinished units with open floor plans.
The architectural firm “Tsimailo. Lyashenko. Partners” designed the buildings so that each unit has a unique layout and its own character.
