"Khamovniki 12" is a deluxe-class clubhouse from the developer "Koldi". Facades made of Jurassic stone in neoclassical style were designed by Evgeny Gerasimov. Sculptor Nelson Afian decorated them with decorative elements and bas-relief panels.
