"Pogodinskaya, 24" is a deluxe-class clubhouse from the developer Vesper. Two 11-storey buildings will be united by a gallery with a lobby. The upper floors will be occupied by penthouses with wood-burning fireplaces and terraces.
The architectural concept was developed by the bureau GAFA Architects. "Pogodinskaya, 24" will be the first residential complex in Russia with facades made of glazed ceramic panels. In the courtyard will be designed green alleys, recreation areas and playgrounds for children.
In 10 minutes you will walk to the metro station "Sportivnaya". On your way home, buy groceries for dinner at VkusVill supermarket or Usachevsky market. This is a modern space with shopping rows and restaurants that hosts gastronomic festivals, exhibitions and music events.
A 15-minute walk away is the Trubetskie Park in Khamovniki. In the 19th century it was a country estate of princes, and now there are flower beds, a hippodrome and a dog training ground. Take an evening stroll with the kids through the flowery alleys, attend a yoga class or feed the ducks by the pond.
The complex offers views of the ensemble of the Novodevichy Monastery, Savvinskaya embankment, skyscrapers of Moscow City and the nature reserve "Vorobyovy Gory".
