Club house "Lyovshinsky, 19" is an elite residential complex, which has a club character, in Khamovniki in the south-west of Moscow. The developer is TSI Development from the group of companies "Transstroyinvest" - a developer with a portfolio of projects in the segment of elite real estate. The building is being erected on the site of the former Dukhovskys' profitable house built in 1904 and designed by architect Ivan Meisner.
