“Dream Riva” is a premium residential neighborhood in southern Moscow. The developer is Regions Development, a construction company founded in 2004. The developer’s portfolio includes commercial real estate projects and entertainment venues, including “Sun of Moscow,” Europe’s tallest Ferris wheel, located at VDNKh. The project is being developed on the Nagatinsky Peninsula, which spans more than 150 hectares and is formed by the channel of the Moskva River and its oxbow lake. The complex consists of three monolithic-brick towers ranging from 24 to 27 stories in height, each of which has been given its own name in honor of the natural elements: Aqua, Terra, and Aria. The project is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
