"Pioneer" business centers in northern Moscow

“PIONER” has finalized the architectural and urban planning design for two Class A business centers within the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya Transit Hub. The 28- and 41-story buildings will house 657 offices ranging from 73 to 2,100 m². Retail stores and cafes will open on the ground floors.

A crescent-shaped covered walkway will connect the towers. It will connect MCD-1 and MCD-3, the “Petrovsko-Razumovskaya” metro station, surface transit stops, and the Moscow–St. Petersburg high-speed rail line. The architecture was designed by the firm “Kleinwelt Architekten.” The buildings’ design combines glass and metal, while protruding slats add texture to the facades.

The offices will be equipped with a central air conditioning system and windows that open. Panoramic windows will offer views of the Ostankino TV Tower, “Moscow City,” VDNKh, the Main Botanical Garden, and city parks. Ceiling heights will be 3.68 m.

Each building will feature a double-height lobby with an area of over 400 m² and 8-meter-high ceilings. This space will house a reception area, meeting and conference rooms, a coffee bar, and a courier room. A parking garage with more than 800 parking spaces will be provided. Surrounding public spaces will be landscaped to include recreational areas, summer terraces for cafes and restaurants, and a covered workspace.

Construction will be divided into two phases. The first building is scheduled to open in 2030, and the second by 2032.
