MR Returns to Patriarch's Square
A new building by developer MR will be built at 19A Spiridonovka. The site is just a couple of minutes’ walk from Patriarch’s Ponds. Currently, an abandoned kindergarten built in 1937 stands on the site.
The project will be intimate in scale. It will consist of just 41 residences with a total area of 5,603 m². The land belongs to the company “Synergy Plus,” which provides supplementary education for children.
This location is not new to MR. Almost 20 years ago, the developer had already planned to build an apartment complex on Spiridonovka, but the project was not approved at that time. But even without Patriarch’s Ponds, MR’s portfolio features interesting projects where urban vibrancy meets nature.
“Veer”— five towers ranging from 3 to 59 stories tall, designed by the SPICH architectural firm. Over 200 floor plans, terraces, and views of the “Setun River Valley” nature reserve and downtown Moscow. The courtyard features four landscaped areas. Relax by the water, meet up with friends in the square with an amphitheater, or spend time with your children.
“Set” — three towers along the Setun River. The architects at “SPICH” have opted for avant-garde architecture: cascading terraces, aluminum facades, and panoramic glazing. The courtyard will feature installations made of Karelian rocks. Residents will have access to a fitness center with a pool, an art school, observation decks, and a two-level play area.
