“KOBZON CITY”—Construction Begins
The first cubic meter of concrete was poured at the “KOBZON CITY” art and business cluster. The October Group project is under construction a 5-minute walk from the “Baumanskaya” metro station.
During the event, representatives of the developer and the “KOBZON” Cultural Foundation buried a “time capsule” containing a vinyl record by Iosif Kobzon. One of the project’s key features is a music art hub. The multipurpose hall will host concerts, exhibitions, lectures, and business events.
The first phase of the project will cover 22,500 m². Offices ranging from 32.2 to 1,006 m² are designed for both small teams and large companies: if necessary, the units can be combined into a single space of up to 10,000 m².
The workday here will be complemented by the complex’s own infrastructure. The ground floor will feature cafes and restaurants, shops, and banks, while a recreational area will be developed on the accessible rooftop.
