Hatton has commissioned NOMAN
Hatton has opened the “NOMAN” industrial park in Lublin. The four-story complex on Stavropolskaya Street is designed to accommodate more than 260 workplaces.
Production facilities occupy the majority of the building. The 10,000 m² space houses 26 units that can be combined as needed. An additional 2,400 m² is allocated for 25 offices.
90% of the space has been leased prior to the facility’s opening. Russian and foreign companies operating in the manufacturing and distribution of light industrial products have become tenants at “NOMAN.” A store offering three meals a day and a coffee bar will open on the premises for employees.
“NOMAN” is located in southeast Moscow, near Volgogradsky Prospekt, the Southeast Chord, the Northeast Chord, the Moscow Expressway, and the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD). The “Lyublino” metro station is just a few minutes away by car, and public transportation routes run nearby. An open parking lot is available for employees.
