"Donstroy" to Build a Business Park in Ramenki

Donstroy has received a building permit for a Class A business park in Ramenki. The 81,800 m² project will become part of a new business cluster near the residential neighborhoods “Sobytiye,” “Ogn” and the “Reka” clubhouses.

The 33-story business park will house more than 170 offices of various sizes. Unit sizes start at 50 m². Offices ranging from 50 to 250 m² are available for small companies, while units ranging from 250 to 1,600 m² are designed for growing businesses. The largest unit will cover 15,300 m².

The business park will feature two corporate cafes totaling 1,300 m², a restaurant spanning over 500 m², a mini-market, and a fitness center. A 1,000 m² communal area will be built on the second-floor rooftop. The ground floor will feature an entrance area designed in the style of a rock garden, complete with an art installation, a delivery zone, and relaxation areas.

The architecture and landscaping were designed by the Marx Group firm. In the facades, featuring glass and flowing lines, the project’s designers drew inspiration from the natural landscape of Ramenok. A four-level parking garage with 243 parking spaces, including 25 spaces for electric vehicles, is planned for cars.

The business park will be equipped with 23 digital elevators, including 4 service elevators. It will also be equipped with contactless entry, an access control system, automatic resource metering, and air humidification and disinfection systems. A boosted cellular signal will be available throughout the entire building, including the parking garage.
