This is a premium-class residential complex from the developer Regions Development — a company founded in 2004 and known for major infrastructure projects, including Europe’s tallest Ferris wheel, “Sun of Moscow,” at VDNKh, and the Dream Towers residential complex. The architectural concept was developed by the firm Atrium.

Apartment sizes range from 24 to 58 square meters. Options include studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses featuring luxurious open-air terraces.

Apartments are available in three options: with a rough finish, with a pre-finish (white-box standard), or with a full finish provided by the developer.

Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2027. Construction began in the first quarter of 2024. Sales began in late 2023. Based on results from January through October 2025, the project ranked second in Moscow’s premium new-construction market in terms of the number of pre-sale agreements and the volume of space sold.
