Whitewill awards are the first in Tect in 2025
The first place sales award from developer Tekta has arrived at the Whitewill office.
I've been to all the new houses in Moscow. And I love the product that Tecta is creating. The coolest lobbies. The details. The courtyards. It's a pleasure to sell. I have close friends living in their homes. I've been posting photo posts on my blog about their Nau, Eniteo, and Spires projects.
"Nau" is a business-class residential neighborhood on the bank of the Moskva River consisting of 17 buildings from 7 to 21 floors. The facade of each building was made with an individual pattern and materials: from textures of Jurassic limestone and black marble to glazed tiles in the color of sea waves.
"Eniteo" is a residential complex of business class in the South-West of Moscow from 2 towers with a height of 42 floors. There are 662 apartments with pre-finishing, high ceilings up to 3 meters and a variety of layouts, including residences with terraces. The penthouses offer breathtaking panoramas.
"Spires" - premium class residences near the natural reserve "Setun River Valley". In 3 buildings with height of 13-26 floors 548 apartments and 5 urban-villas with private courtyards are designed. The facades are faced with natural stone, decorated with ornaments, bas-reliefs and bay windows.
This is not our first statuette from this real estate developer. Yesterday the developer presented its new house in Pyzhovsky Lane. It will be a stylish club house next to "Lavrushinsky".
