January is traditionally a "quiet" month. After the December sprint and records, the market exhales, finishes the olivier and slowly enters the working rhythm. But even in this mode the team showed a decent result.

In the first month of 2026, they closed 125 deals. Total sales amounted to 8.2 billion rubles. Yes, it is not December 21 billion, but for a sluggish month the figure is quite normal.

Rent is also in tone: 43 deals brought almost ₽20m to the piggy bank.

Moscow and Peter took 54% of January's total deal volume. The remaining 46% was shared by our Middle East offices.

In Moscow, despite the holidays, landmark deals took place. The leader was The One project - an office block was sold for ₽549m. River Park Towers on Kutuzovsky sold for ₽368m. In St. Petersburg, five deals for ₽130m.

In Dubai, the biggest deal was at Jumeirah Golf Estates - a villa for $4.6m. In Abu Dhabi, two villas on Saadiyat Island in the Lagoons project sold for $5.4m. In Oman, the champion was a villa in the project Vista by Svarovski - $2.8m.

January is a month of customization, but I don't want to hear any more "all clients are on vacation" stories. February is bound to close briskly. Let's pick up the pace and start systematically ringing the gong.
