"Silhouettes of the Capital" is a large-scale residential complex of business class in Tagansky district. The developer of the project is Baltschug Development, which creates premium real estate in the center of Moscow. Four residential towers up to 60 floors high and one office cluster will be built on a 2.7 hectare plot of land. The total area of all real estate in the complex will exceed 125,000 square meters.
This is the developer's first large-scale project inside the Third Ring Road, where not only aesthetics and privacy come to the fore, but also the concept of "life and work". It combines residential spaces with an office building on a single territory, allowing to combine work and personal life. The architecture of the project, developed by Highlight Architecture in co-authorship with the bureau "EMVI AR DI VI" / MVRDV, embodies the principles of futurism and minimalism.
