“Shabolovka 34” is a business-class project in the Donskoy District in southern Moscow. The developer is LSR Group. Founded in 1993, the developer ranks fifth in the country in terms of construction volume. The architectural concept was developed in collaboration with the studio of Sergey Skuratov—the architect behind iconic landmarks in modern Moscow—and the architectural firm Breath Architects. Construction is planned on the site of the Shabolovsky Trade and Business Center. The project includes four buildings of varying heights, up to 50 stories tall. The complex will contain a total of 644 apartments.
Some residences will face two or three directions, while other units on the upper floors and penthouses will feature their own terraces, patios, or French balconies. Residents enjoy breakfast in a living room bathed in morning sunlight, work in a study overlooking the Shukhov Tower, and in the evening host family dinners, watching as the setting sun illuminates the domes of the Donskoy Monastery.
