"House of Horizons" is a premium-class residential complex located in the west of Moscow in the eco-friendly Krylatskoe district at 23 Krylatskaya Street. The architectural concept of the 27-storey building was developed by Kleinewelt Architekten: a monolithic construction with glass fiber concrete facades, copper cassettes and large-format glazing. Expressive balconies and panoramic windows with a height of 2.8 meters offer residents impressive views of the Serebryany Bor, the bend of the Moskva River and the Zhivopisny Bridge.
The first three levels are occupied by a stylobate with an open terrace on the roof. On the closed territory of the complex there is a landscaped park with walking areas, children's and sports grounds. In the stylobate part will open a children's fitness center with two swimming pools and a kindergarten for 25 children. Underground floors accommodate a two-level parking lot for 111 cars with charging stations for electric cars, 29 personal storage rooms and a room for storing bicycles with washing.
Life at Horizon House means morning jogs to the embankment, walks through the shady alleys of Krylatskie Hills Park and bike rides along the embankment. The entrance group with 7-meter high ceilings, lounge areas with soft furniture, 24-hour concierge service and Face ID access system create a hotel level of service and private atmosphere, where every detail is thought out for a comfortable life in the metropolis.
