We’re continuing our “Concrete Investment” series. Today’s feature is the premium “Masters” club house, located in a well-established Moscow neighborhood and currently in the early stages of construction. 

Why did we highlight this offering? First, the starting price is 590,000 ₽ per m². According to estimates by Whitewill brokers, as construction progresses, the price could approach 1.5 million ₽ per m². The growth potential is more than double.

Second, location. “Airport” and “Dynamo” — these aren’t up-and-coming neighborhoods: a vibrant urban environment has already taken shape here. Nearby are Khodynskoye Field, Petrovsky Park, the “Dynamo” Stadium, the “Megaspot” Sports Palace, excellent schools, and leading universities.
