The developer will allocate funds for the restoration of the Moscow Woolen Mill building on Petra Alekseeva Street. The building will house the “Manufaktura XIX” creative business center.
Moscow has approved the architectural plans for a mixed-use complex on Poklonnaya Street in Dorogomilovo. The mountain-shaped project is being developed by “STOUN.”
The 81,800 m² project will become part of a new business cluster adjacent to the “Sobytiye” and “Ogni” residential neighborhoods and the “Reka” club houses.
