"Steff" is a class B business center with an area of 2,327 m² on Novaya Square, opposite the Polytechnic Museum and Museum Park. The five-storey building with a basement and attic is a part of the complex of former profitable houses erected in 1882-1883 for the Moscow Merchant Society by the architect Boris Freidenberg. The facade is made in the characteristic aesthetics of Hanseatic Gothic. In 1997 a complete reconstruction with replacement of all engineering systems was carried out. Inside the combined layout with finishing, ceiling height varies from 3.56 to 4.48 meters. The security of the object is provided by security guards and video surveillance. The infrastructure of the business center includes stores, restaurants, beauty salon, travel agency.
