Business center in Kolpachny pereulok in Basmanny district. The five-storey building with two underground levels corresponds to prime class. The architectural concept of the facade was developed by Ginzburg Architects. The exterior of the business center is made in the traditions of European neoclassicism and is decorated with vertical blades with rustication and inter-storey cornices with decorative details. French balconies with wrought iron fences of a complex geometric pattern add a special elegance. On the first floor there is a spacious lobby, decorated in a laconic style using natural materials - wood and stone. From the second to the fourth floors is planned open space with a ceiling height of 3.5-3.7 meters. On each floor you can organize separate offices, spacious open offices, meeting rooms and lecture halls. The fifth floor is a VIP space with panoramic glazing, high ceilings of 4.2 meters and two view terraces. The terraces with a total area of 200 m² offer views of the historic district with the main sights of Moscow.
