A three-story house in the style of the American architect of the twentieth century Frank Lloyd Wright is hidden in the shade of century-old pine trees. The facade of the building is clad in wood and delicately complements the surrounding landscape. The interior is finished in minimalist style. The fireplace area has double glazing that fills the house with light. On the first floor there is a professional movie theater, on the second floor there is a billiard room and a study. The third floor is occupied by 3 bedrooms. Through all floors there is an elevator. The peculiarity of the house is the possibility to go to the exploited roof, where you can organize summer dinner parties.
