Three-story mansion with a basement in Vetoshny Pereulok in the Tverskoy district. The Eclectic style mansion is a town building of the XIX century and is better known as "The Profitable House of Merchants Kupriyanovs". The building was built in 1873 according to the project of architect Stratilatov. The Kupriyanov dynasty owned textile factories and a brick factory, was engaged in charity, donating to God-pleasing institutions, hospitals and churches.
The mansion underwent a complete reconstruction with the replacement of communications and engineering systems. The restoration allowed to recreate the historical appearance of the facade.
