A manor house in the village of Marusino in the Moscow region. The estate consists of three objects of cultural heritage. The two-storey brick building of the main house with a basement has completely lost its decor. The one-story building in the central part of the estate with a basement and Gothic windows is the surviving outbuilding with a tower. The third surviving structure is a one-story school built in the Neoclassical style. The estate is set within a 61,102 m² park. The park consists of mixed species of trees - lindens, elms, cedars, birches, poplars and larches. The property is suitable for renovation as a residential residence.
