Cottage, 155 m², in CP Lesnye Zori, lot №14719

A single-story house with an area of 155 m² is located on a 9-sotka lot bordering a forest. The minimalist architecture is based on clean, rectangular forms, a flat roof, and a combination of light-colored facade finishes with contrasting wood-look accents. Panoramic windows emphasize the building’s geometry and offer views of the surrounding forest. The open-concept kitchen-living room serves as the heart of the home, where the whole family can gather around a large table or relax in the common area. The private area is reserved for two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a separate walk-in closet and panoramic windows overlooking the forest. Another walk-in closet is located next to the hallway. The forest begins right at the edge of the lot. A 25-square-meter terrace faces the forest, providing space for a dining set and a relaxation area. In front of the house is a lawn, and young coniferous trees line the property boundary. A two-car carport is located next to the house.
