Cottage, 286 m², in CP Russian village, lot №14501

This 286 m² country house is located on a 10 hectare plot. The architecture combines modern geometry and motifs of the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The facades are clad in brown clinker bricks with a distinctive texture, and the wide overhangs of the flat roof are finished with smooth graphite panels. Vertical light lines along the walls softly illuminate the volume in the evening hours. The interior space is decorated in a minimalist aesthetic: a light palette, wood, glass and comfortable furniture set the calm rhythm of the interior. Different lighting scenarios allow to change the character of the rooms during the day, and designer chandeliers and lamps act as accents. The air conditioning system ensures a pleasant microclimate throughout the year. The layout includes four bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and bathroom, living room with access to the terrace, kitchen-dining room, study and a garage for two cars. The territory is decorated with lawn, planted trees and shrubs, laid walking paths. In the yard you can play with children, put sun beds or organize outdoor dining.
