Cottage, 750 m², in CP Nikolo-Uryupino, lot №14295

The 750 m² three-level cottage is located on a field plot of 40 hectares. The architecture is inspired by the aesthetics of Frank Lloyd Wright: the brown brick facades are emphasized by wide windows with white platbands, expressive eaves and long roof overhangs. Inside there is a pre-finished white box, which allows you to design the interiors according to your own idea. On the first level is planned a combined space of kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room with panoramic windows, where it is convenient to cook dinner, gather the whole family or receive guests. There is also a spacious spa block with a swimming pool and sauna - a place to relax after a workout or a busy day. The second floor is private, including a master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The grounds are framed by mature thuas forming a secluded green contour of the lot. Lawn, shrubs, flower beds and trees allow for different areas for walking and relaxing. In the courtyard you can install swings, put sun beds, organize a barbecue or set up a table for breakfast and evening meetings in the fresh air.
