Cottage, 275 m², in CP Green Grove-1, lot №14266

This single-storey villa of 275 m² is located on a well-maintained plot of 11 hectares. The minimalistic facade is clad with hand-formed bricks. The roof is made of Tegola silent asphalt shingles. Panoramic Alutex glazing with a height of 3.6 meters fills the house with light and visually erases the boundary between the interior and nature. The interior is kept in light colors with an emphasis on natural materials: three-meter interior doors and built-in kitchen are finished with oak veneer, in the bathrooms - Porcelanosa tiles, walls are painted with Argile paints. The appliances are represented by Acko and Nikola Tesla brands. For comfort, Rehau floor heating is installed, and in-floor convectors are installed along the windows. The layout is centered around the kitchen-living room with access to the terrace. Here you can spend time with your family, cook dinner together, stoke the wood-burning fireplace or watch a movie in the sofa area. For privacy, there are four bedrooms, three of which have their own bathroom and dressing room. The plot with a neat sports lawn is leveled and drained, and in the evening the space is transformed thanks to the lighting of the facade and trees, creating a cozy atmosphere for walks.
