Cottage, 525 m², in CP Maloye Sareevo, lot №13237

The 525 m² country residence is located on a 14 hectare field plot. The building is designed in neoclassical style and is faced with sand-colored stone. The facade is decorated with columns, pilasters, open balconies with balustrades and bay window. High ceilings, a large area of glazing and planned second light fill the space with natural light and warmth. Interior decoration is made with an author's approach and kept in common style with the house. High quality and natural materials are used for finishing - on the floor are laid parquet flooring "French herringbone" and tiles with marble texture. Ceilings and walls are emphasized by decorative moldings. The compositional center is the staircase with smooth contours and an arched window next to it that lets in soft light, which adds a sense of spaciousness and airiness. The layout includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, movie room, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and dressing rooms. For recreation there is a two-storey guest house of 100 m² with a living room, kitchen, billiard room and barbecue area. There is also a garage and a SPA complex with a swimming pool. The plot is framed by landscaping, paths and thuys along the fence, creating an atmosphere of privacy and harmony.
