Just appreciate the pace at which we are selling Sminex homes. In March 2024, we were awarded for 5 billion ₽. In mid-summer, it was 10 billion ₽. And now 2 more quarters are behind us - and a new high has been taken.

Only one agency was able to break the 5 billion ₽ ₽ mark. But the milestone of 10 - remains out of reach for others. We continue to lead the Moscow market.
