How Whitewill sells mansions

Last year in the summer we launched the Osobnyaki.com project. This is a portal for the sale of mansions and individual buildings in the center of Moscow.

The deal is a loan and there was a lot of work done by the lawyers, brokers and project manager to get the paperwork in order. Making not the easiest millions, but the complexities make it sweeter.

Celebrating victories with raspberry lemonade over a friendly conversation, without alcohol and hookahs has become our corporate tradition. In the picture is the project manager, 3 expert brokers on mansions, guys from marketing and site management.

Now there are already more than 300 mansions on the portal. Each mansion is hand-drawn by our illustrators, photographers shoot the facades and interiors, and brokers and lawyers collect the documents before they go on display.

In 10 months of hard work, Whitewill Disposals has managed to gather the most comprehensive database of mansion owners, while the marketing team has ranked top SEO positions and set up a dense flow of clients to buy and rent the buildings.

Every week, owners call and give us all new buildings for sale. Often they come in disappointed with the work of other agencies. We do a lot of work with banks, which give 5-10 buildings for sale at a time.

Mansions we sell and rent out for offices and residences, boutiques, clinics and medical centers. Many restaurants and just a boom of requests for hotels and hostels. There are also unusual requests - we are looking for a client for a mansion for an immersive theater for "The Master and Margarita" with a large hall for Voland's ball.
