Klimashkina 7/11 Residential Complex is a premium class chamber club house in Presnensky district of Moscow, designed by architect Sergey Choban. The developer of the house was MR Group (MR Group).
The complex is an organic mix of history and urbanism: the foundation is based on the preserved wall of the first Moscow "tucherez" - a profitable house of 1905 by architect Ernst-Richard Nirnsee.
The clubhouse with variable floor levels from 7 to 9 floors presents 46 exclusive residences with an area from 50 to 157 m². The collection includes different formats: from apartments with 1-3 bedrooms to family residences with terraces. Ceiling heights in some residences reach almost 7 meters. Privacy is valued here: there are no more than four apartments on a floor, so you will be surrounded by an atmosphere of silence and privacy in the very center of the capital.
The pearl of the project - apartments with private terraces of up to 37 square meters and three penthouses with private patios on the roof, where it is nice to have breakfast in the fresh air or watch the sunset over Presnya.
Common areas are thought out as an extension of the private rhythm. The lobby with ceilings of almost five meters welcomes residents with light and silence, the library-bar disposes to leisurely conversations, and the fitness and SPA open the windows to the green courtyard. The courtyard itself is designed as a Scandinavian garden with coniferous trees and places for rest.
The underground parking lot has a capacity for 55 cars, including spaces with charging for electric cars. All this creates the atmosphere of a clubhouse - quiet, protected and at the same time connected to the life of the city.
