The “Fora” Residential Complex is a premium project by the developer “Balchug Development” on Begovaya Street in Moscow, on the border of the Presnensky and Khoroshevsky districts. This is a premium-class project: the architectural concept for the “Fora” Residential Complex was developed by Alexei Ilyin’s studio.
The complex comprises several buildings of varying heights and is anchored by two structures with distinct character. The first building is a 41-story sculptural tower, the architectural landmark of the district: its curved, sculptural facades and wave-like balconies transform the building’s silhouette throughout the day. The second building is a 26-story panoramic tower with understated panoramic glazing and snow-white vertical slats that give the facade a crisp, precisely engineered rhythm.
The courtyard of the “Fora” Residential Complex extends the facade’s architectural language to the ground level: circular forms are echoed in the paving, canopies, and play areas. Wooden pergolas with plantings create quiet places to relax, and the children’s and sports play areas are separated for different age groups. You can enter the building through a glass-enclosed stylobate—a panoramic entrance pavilion with wooden slats and high ceilings.
The neighborhood’s infrastructure is already well-established: nearby are Khodynskoye Field, city parks, restaurants, cafes, and offices. Everyday errands and meetings won’t require long trips across town.
Sales for the “Fora” Residential Complex have not yet begun. Balchug Development will disclose floor plans, apartment sizes, prices, and completion dates at a later time—please check with the developer’s sales department or a Whitewill broker for the latest information.
