"Zolotoy" - a quiet neighborhood opposite the Kremlin

In front of you - fresh photos of the Golden project, taken by Oleg Torbosov on a recent walk. If you walk along Sofia Embankment, it is difficult to appreciate the scale of the project hiding behind low facades. To do this, it is worth turning the corner into a cozy green courtyard.

To be more precise, behind the black wrought iron gate are hidden as many as 19 different high-rise residential buildings with four spacious courtyards buried in greenery. And this is not a figure of speech. On the photo it is noticeable.

In total, the project has 126 apartments of different formats: you can buy family apartments, penthouses with terraces and even separate mansions for living. And all this across the river from the Kremlin.

In the photo, you can appreciate the view from the penthouse terrace. From here you can see not just the Kremlin towers, but even their stars and the legendary dial on the Spasskaya Tower. So close is the Kremlin.

The club stuffing is also impressive. A two-level library-lounge, a children's club, a fitness center with a spa zone and a swimming pool have been arranged for the residents. Geometric shrubs were planted in the courtyards and islands of lush greenery were created.

The architecture of the project was developed in the Speech bureau under the direction of Sergei Tchoban. And if you look closely at the facade decor, you will find cute floral patterns - this is the author's handwriting. On many facades of expensive houses you will find something similar.

Now a square meter in the finished house costs around $16,000, which against the background of rates in recent new premium-class projects - quite fair. In the project there are still cool apartments, including those with views of the Kremlin.
