Turgenev House - aesthetics on Chistye Prudy

In front of you - fresh photos of the Turgenev project by Oleg Torbosov, who came to Moscow for a couple of weeks to take a break from the sultry Dubai. The architecture of the house was designed by the British from Square and Partners: they decorated the facades with black natural stone. They are also the authors of the Chelsea Barracks fashion house, which is very reminiscent of Moscow's Turgenev.

There are 118 apartments in the project. And all of them are sold finished, which is a great rarity for deluxe class. Now let's walk through the club infrastructure. Here for the residents prepared a private pool, fitness room, cinema hall for 12 seats, restaurant, wine and cigar rooms and a zone for negotiations. However, landscaping is still underway, and the lobby is slowly being set up.
