Got the numbers on the Wytheville team's December sales this morning and smiled quite a bit. It's been a long time since we've sold this many.

This final chord is like a reward for a weak summer and a challenging fall.

In the last month of the year, we closed 248 deals worth 21 billion rubles. The leasing department did another 60 deals for ₽52m. Beauty.

Moscow and St. Petersburg gave 53% of December's total volume. 46% came from the Arab markets of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman. Well, and the remaining percentage - two deals in London.

There were some powerful deals in Moscow. Penthouse at 3/8 Ilyinka - ₽887m. "Annabelle" - ₽470m. A mansion in the Artists' Village - ₽320m. "Literator - ₽270m. "Victoria Park - ₽247m. "Luzhniki Collection" - ₽240m.

At ₽808m sold at River Park Towers on Kutuzovsky - twelve apartments in the new tower. Ten apartments each were sold in Novaya, 11 and Dom A. Seven transactions each in "Primavera" and Tower One.

In Dubai the month passed under the sign of expensive secondary housing and branded residences. Emirates Hills sold a villa for $24m - the absolute leader of the month. The Royal Atlantis sold two lots at once for $10m and $4.8m. In Peninsula Dubai Residences - $10.6m.

In Abu Dhabi, the largest transaction was a villa on Ramhan Island for $5.5m. In Oman, 23 deals closed in December for $10m. Clients are 90% foreigners.

December showed the main thing. The team is strong. Marketing works. The morale is high.

The plan for the new trip was 17 billion rubles. We sold 21 billion. So soon we'll gather again with the best brokers of the month on vacation by the seashore.
