Eden Residential Complex is a deluxe-class clubhouse from the developer Sense in Nizhny Kislovsky Lane, a 6-minute walk from Arbatskaya metro station. The architectural concept was developed by the American bureau Gregory Tuck Architects.
The project is a chamber project: there are 22 residences in total. Choose a cozy apartment or a spacious option with a terrace for outdoor relaxation. Have a summer movie and watch the play of light on the facade of the neighboring mansion, celebrate a birthday with friends or set up an easel and paint a cityscape.
Right by the clubhouse is Arseny Morozov's mansion with fancy twisted columns and shell moldings. This is the most famous building of the extravagant architect Viktor Mazyrin. The mansion was mentioned by Leo Tolstoy in his novel "Resurrection", and the poet Sergey Yesenin lived in the attic for some time. Here is also the city estate Shakhovsky - a mixture of different architectural styles: from classicism to art nouveau.
Alexander Garden is a 10-minute walk away. In the morning you go jogging along the Kremlin embankment, in the afternoon you explore the boutiques of TSUM, in the evening you choose between a performance at the Vakhtangov Theater and dinner at the fabulous restaurant "Gvidon", and on the weekend you go with your children on an excursion to the Historical Museum or the Armory.
