Recently, Oleg Torbosov suggested creating a new Telegram channel with apartments for rent in Central Administrative District. Without stuffiness and dry phrases. But in a cheerful and lively language - as if you were telling a friend about a driving blockbuster.

Why a new tg channel?

Bold name

Oleg didn't want a new boring channel, like about Moscow or foreign real estate - where the smm team writes ordinary texts. No wow effect. And he didn't like the name "Whitewill Rent" right away. Then the guys from SMM suggested naming with a peppery twist - "Take it off if you pull it off". Oleg appreciated this option. But then the rental brokers began to grumble, who saw echoes of escort in this name.
