LAKES² is a 15-storey class A business center. The area of the facility is 34 700 m², the leasable area is 23 100 m². The premises with the area from 45 to 1 980 m² are offered unfurnished, which allows to flexibly adapt the space to the needs of any company. Security is ensured by 24-hour security with video surveillance and access control. The architectural concept was developed by PANACOM. Inspired by the image of a lake in rainy weather, the architects created a composition of two volumes. The infrastructure includes a grand lobby, a shopping gallery, a café, as well as separate spaces for service. An underground parking lot with 90 parking spaces is planned, and a free city parking lot is located next to the building.
