A business center in the Rassvet business district in Presnensky District. The seven-storey building with a basement is a reconstruction of a factory built in 1902. The architectural concept was developed by the German bureau UP+ together with the Russian group DNK Ag. The facade is made of red brick, inter-storey cornices, stained glass and arched windows decorated with castle stones. The project has planned 2 entrance groups, which symbolize different periods of the history of the former factory. Thus, the lobby is decorated with panels of joinery equipment from the beginning of the 20th century and wooden blades. A through passage allows a quick transition from the shopping area of the quarter to the business area and to Krasnaya Presnya Street. The floors have a mixed layout and high ceilings, terraces are planned, where a summer veranda can be placed. On the territory of "Rassvet" is organized ground parking for 900 cars. The building is suitable for offices.
