Design of a three-story building with underground level on Sergei Makeev Street in Presnensky District. The project of a school for 200 main places and 50 places of pre-school department. The author of the architectural appearance of the building was the Russian bureau Tsimailo Lyashenko & Partners. The facade is planned in the style of minimalism, textured fiber concrete will be used, and stained glass windows with a height of 2.6 meters are made of stemalite. The mixed layout includes offices of various sizes, a dining room, a gym with showers and a library. Ceiling height is 3.5-5.9 meters. There will be central communications, supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning. For security, video surveillance and security alarm system will be installed around the perimeter. There will be a stadium and a children's playground on the protected gated territory.
