Opposite the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, one of the most expensive deluxe-class projects in Moscow is now under construction - the house "Obydensky №1". Not only large family residences are on sale, but also cityhouses, penthouses and even city villas.

And developer Sminex recently gave us a broker tour of the project.
