The Republic premium project is 10 modern towers from foreign and domestic architects, as well as restored industrial buildings of the 19th century development, which will house the club infrastructure.

The developer bought the project for 2,600 apartments, of which 25% have already been sold. Since the beginning of the year, the price has risen from 700,000 ₽/m² to 960,000 ₽/m².
