Catalog of new houses in Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki district
The merits of this neighborhood are reflected in its very name. "Khoroshyovo", according to legend, originated from the estimation of Ivan the Terrible, conquered by the beauty of local places. "Mnyovniki" is the memory of fishermen who caught burbot-mnei in local waters. Centuries later, the neighborhood remains one of the most ecologically clean and picturesque in the capital.
If you look at a map of Moscow, Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki resembles three pieces of a mosaic. Serebryany Bor is an island in the loop of the Moskva River with pine forest and beaches. Below is the second island, the Mnyovnikovskaya floodplain, where new neighborhoods are now growing. And the third fragment - the residential part girdled by the river, in the east adjacent to the City.
People love to come here from all over the city: wild nature within the metropolis, beaches, eco-trails. And residents do not have to wait for the weekend to walk between the centuries-old pine trees or skiing.
"Big City" is a continuation of the Moscow City business center, a large-scale project along the Moskva River from Leningradsky to Kutuzovsky Prospekt. In fact, a new city center, stretched over five districts. Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki is among them: to buy an apartment here means to be inside the emerging center of business life.
This is also a neighborhood of architectural masterpieces over the water. Khoroshyovsky Bridge leading to Serebryany Bor. Karamyshevsky Bridge, from which you can admire the locks. And the cable-stayed Zhivopisny Bridge - a real symbol of the district. Architect Nikolai Shumakov received the Auguste Perret Prize for it. The observation deck at the top resembles a spaceship, and the bright red arch is visible even on a cloudy day - like scarlet telephone boxes in foggy London.
Mnyovnikovskaya floodplain today - the main point of growth of the district. Large-scale improvement is underway here: continuous walking routes along the river, a pedestrian bridge, piers and an amphitheater - all in the logic of "green urbanism" with the preservation of the natural ecosystem. Everything to make the embankment gently fit into the rhythm of urban life.
The district is good for those who drive: there are several highways nearby, a convenient exit to Rublyovka. Metro is rapidly developing: the Great Ring Line has already given three stations - "People's Militia", "Mnyovniki" and "Terekhovo", on the MCC work "Khoroshyovo" and "Zorge". Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya branch is under construction, three more stations will open soon.
And you can also get here by water: from the Kiev pier to the "Heart of the Capital" on Shelepikhinskaya Embankment run river electric boats. This is the world's first year-round route of urban river transport - the most cinematic way home.
Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki is a district of contrasts: old neighborhoods and new complexes, quiet parks and active construction. So far there is no variety of entertainment infrastructure and large shopping malls here - for this they go to the neighboring districts.
But the disadvantages are temporary: the district is at the peak of development, and the infrastructure grows with it. But prestigious educational institutions, sports schools and sections exist for generations. Kurchatovsky school, for example, is one of the most respected in the capital. Khoroshyovo-Mnyovniki is a place where everything important either already exists or is about to happen.
