August has come to an end, taking the warm summer and relaxed vacation season with it, so it's time to take stock. Let's turn to the deals that we managed to close in August.

Let's start traditionally with small lots: "Novodanilovskaya, 8", Level Prichalny, Very, Jazz-quarter, "Silver Park", Level Donskoy - for 128,400,000₽.

Two deals each closed at Wings, Headliner and Little - for another 106,000,000₽. RiverSky - 30,300,000₽, Residence Tverskaya - 35,500,000₽, Tatlin - 39,000,000₽, Mitte - 41,000,000₽, Shabolovsky - 48,900,000₽. Three lots each were sold in the project MOD - 56,000,000₽, KutuzovGrad - 75,600,000₽, NOW - 124,000,000₽ and Noble - 101,000,000₽.

City sold one apartment in OKO for 41,200,000₽, one in Neva for 34,500,000₽ and one apartment in Capital Towers for 41,500,000₽.

Four deals were signed in the Chkalov project: 20, 23, 26 and 42 million. Also four apartments were sold in Prime park: 21, 23, 33 and 67 million.

In ascending order: as many as five lots sold in Stone for a total of 176,000,000₽. And for sweets, bigger deals: Lucky - 78 000 000₽, Turandot - 90 000 000₽, "Pirogovskaya, 14" - 170 800 000₽.

Two fat cherry bunches on the August cake: Victory Residence Park - 240,000,000₽ for three apartments near Victory Park, and 372,000,000₽ for three apartments in the Eleven project in Presnya. In total, the city sold 2,285,000,000₽ worth of apartments. It was not bad, we honestly thought it would be worse.

But that's not all. The country office sold two houses on Rublyovka in the villages of Nikologorsky - 108,000,000₽ and Maloye Sareevo - 240,000,000₽. The London office closed a deal in Millbrook Park project for 56,600,000₽, while the Dubai office bagged 11 deals in Golf Views, Regalia and 15 Northside for 278,000,000₽.

The company's total deal volume in August totaled 2,967,000,000₽. Another 6,700,000,000₽ was brought by rent, but it is not included in the total. A little bit short of three billion, but we are generally satisfied with the work of the team, because in the middle of the month in the piggy bank of deals was barely a billion and we began to quietly think that the month will be weak. But no - we pulled it out.
