Zilart. Location and neighbors

In anticipation of a series of photo posts from Tuffel Grove Park, the finished section of Marc Chagall's waterfront, and the completed Zilarta neighborhoods, I want to introduce the reader a little closer to the location.

To form a general picture of the whole location in my head, yesterday I took one of the current city masterplans of this peninsula and superimposed on it all the coastal residential complexes currently under construction in this location: Zilart by LSR, Now by Tekty, Nagatino i-Land and Shagal by Etalon.

Across the river, Novodanilovskaya 8 by Samolot is still under construction, Dream Towers near Ostrov Dream will start soon, and near the subway Technopark Pioner is building Yes, but I marked on the map primarily the four main projects because they stand along the new Marc Chagall embankment and have fair views of the water. All of these projects we're selling.

Mark Chagal's beautiful new embankment starts practically at the TTC, passes through the whole "Zilart", "Chagal" and ends at Andropov Avenue. Its length is 3.8 kilometers. The first kilometer of the embankment has already been built, and about it will be the next post.

On this masterplan, I also marked new bridges: one pedestrian and two automobile bridges that will improve traffic flow. I put the points of the three piers, which will soon be used by river transport, as in London.
