Second time first

We are overwhelmed with emotion and pride for the entire Whitewill team.

This week, several real estate developers summarized their 2018 sales results at once and our collection of awards and certificates of appreciation was enriched with two valuable items.

Today Sminex Company, which builds clubhouses on Ordynka, on Mendeleevskaya and a large residential neighborhood Jazz not far from the Garden Ring awarded us the first place in sales for 2018. For the second year in a row we became the first, beating all other agencies by a wide margin.

Winning awards like this is not only gratifying, it's strategic because strong brokers want to work for strong companies. And after each win, new adequate people come to our team with a desire to work at Whitewill.

We select the best, they start selling and lead us to another victory. We notice that strong salespeople are slow to commit to companies that hang at the bottom of the standings. Everyone loves the taste of victory.

Turkish company Renaissance Development, which is pulling the beautiful Neva Towers in the Moscow City complex to the skies, also summarized the year this week. Whitewill was among the top three best selling agencies by a decent margin.

It's nice that one of the top developers who are preparing to build a new tower in the City asked all the major agencies for statistics on sales of apartments in the new City towers. We sent a register of our transactions. And to our surprise, it turned out to be weightier than any other companies on the market. We are now creating together a new star in the City skyscraper lineup. Our clients will traditionally be the first to know about the start of sales.

We are very pleased that today after the award ceremony dozens of people from other companies came up and said warm words and gave confirmation.

We know that our texts for someone are not just a set of letters, but a small charge of meaning, which makes you believe that you can do a lot and in this life everything is real. And for this you do not need to wait many years. It is enough just to be adequate and love your work and people.
