In May, many of our colleagues were suffering from long holidays and clients who went to resorts, but we will have a cheerful month. Let's run through the deals.

All in all, the bounty totaled 171,000,000₽. Well, a whole handful of deals were added by "Achievement" - 116,000,000₽, where the smallest is 11,000,000₽, the largest 45,400,000₽.
Further twos are ripe cherries: the Novodanilovskaya 8 - ₽11m and ₽22m. Foriver - ₽22m and ₽39m. Life-Kutuzovsky - ₽22m and ₽49m. Neva Towers - ₽31m and ₽39m. Prime Park - ₽43m and ₽56m.
The next box contains bigger fruit: RiverSky - 42,700,000₽, West Garden - 45,000,000₽, Egodom - 49,500,000₽, Shabolovsky - 54,000,000₽, and three deals from owners: Afanasievsky - 59,000,000₽, RedSide - 61,000,000₽ and White in Khamovniki - 71,700,000₽.

Let's move thousands of kilometers away to our overseas offices. In Dubai, we have closed six deals at Golf Views, Marina Gate and Emaar Beachfront. The minimum deal was 17,000,000₽ and the maximum was 101,000,000₽. In total, Emirates sold 230,000,000₽ - the office has been fully operational for two months. The team closed three deals in London: two apartments sold in The Stage and one in Eastman Village. And that's another 200,000,000₽ into the basket.
In total, we sold 430,000,000₽ outside the country, and that's almost 15% of the company's total transaction volume. High. We will further increase this percentage.
Total total deal volume in May: 3,220,000,000₽. Another 5,700,000,000₽ on rentals, but I don't count that as a total.
