Evening in Serebryany Bor
Oleg Torbosov, founder of Whitewill, tells us.
The other day I stopped by to check on the construction of one of the premium projects in Serebryany Bor, which we are selling. A lot of workers, a lot of movement: they have already put cool wood-aluminum windows, almost finished the facades of good Portuguese marble, installed a ventilation system with recuperation, almost finished parking - the only underground parking in Serebryany Bor.
The architect of the project - Sergei Choban for each building made their own semantic ornaments, which were carved in stone and placed on the facade.By the end of the year they promise to complete all general construction work, landscaping will finally finalize next season.
The project itself is located on the first shoreline of the Moskva River on a private protected area next door to the sports center.
On the territory there is a playground and vorkout-zone, a small boathouse for boats and boats, water sports club, beach volleyball court, a pantone with deck chairs will be arranged on the water, a Russian bathhouse with a pier is already ready - here the Moskva River just begins and you can swim in it.
Right from the complex residents can go to the protected dense forest with hares and foxes, further along the shore of the Silver Boron are city beaches, parks and restaurant "Manor" with a yacht club.
And yes, you can buy real estate here. Three-storey townhouses with their patios near the water with an area of 210 meters cost about 200 million rubles, apartments from 80 million. I will not publish the price of villas - they are for extremely wealthy people.
Yes, Serebryany Bor is one of the most expensive areas of the city, because it is a forested suburb near the center of Moscow, from where you can get to the City in 12 minutes without traffic lights, near Sberovskaya "Khoroshkola" and other schools, stores and all the city traffic, but at the same time a clean river and pine forest.
It was incredibly cozy and warm on this fall evening. I took a ride on a small motorboat along the shore, shot a couple of storizas, breathed the delicious air, walked through the pine forest and took these photos for you, adding some renders to understand what the mood here will be when the project heals. Didn't go to the bathhouse.
Email me, folks, if you want to live here, or if you have clients to offer such an eco-luxury project to.
