Titul. A noble house with a bright future

Today in my column about new houses of the center of Moscow a hero with a noble shine - Titul on Serebryanicheskaya Embankment. This project from the company "Center-Invest" is the first in the line of club houses under the brand "Titul". The second house is now under construction on Yakimanka, and soon a few more addresses will be released. The house stands on the embankment inside the Garden Ring. On this place used to be located Serebryanicheskaya Sloboda, where craftsmen who made coins and precious jewelry for the royal court worked. Therefore, a bold combination of calm silver-white stone with golden copper playing in the sunlight seems particularly appropriate in this location. Moreover, "Title" looks spectacular even from the air - all roofs are also covered with noble sheet copper.

I took the photos last week, when the final landscaping works were in full swing in the courtyard. The sun was reflecting nicely off the yellow metal elements of the facade and filling the courtyards with warm light.

The house consists of two semantic parts: in one apartments, in the other apartments. There is an inner courtyard with a playground and recreation areas, a clubhouse for residents. On the floors the finishing is made of warm light wood with pleasant illumination. On the upper tiers traditionally penthouses with terraces.

With views "Titul" was also lucky: on one side of the river, on the other historic houses and a cozy church, next to the high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya and a view of the Kremlin.

The Wytheville team has been the top seller in this project for two years. I consider the prices at Title to be reasonably adequate. The house will be fully ready this fall, and there is still a lot to choose from: a family lot with 2 bedrooms with an area of 90 meters can be bought in the range of 55-60 million, spacious penthouses with terraces at 220-250 million a piece.
