Bursting with emotion and pride in our team. Yesterday the brokers at Whitewill's London office signed a record-breaking residential real estate deal for us. We sold our Chinese buyer an apartment worth £11m - in roubles that's 1,100,000,000₽.

The house where we signed the deal is called Park Modern and is right on the border with London's most famous park, Hide Park. There are a total of 57 apartments with premium finishes. The project is created by a development alliance of companies - Fenton Whelan & Ant Yapi.

Residents have their own 25-meter pool, spa, gym, beauty salon, lounge, right across the street from the house is the entrance to Hyde Park, and all windows overlook this green oasis.

By its undulating facade and proximity to the park, this project is reminiscent of the house at 10 Trubetskoy and a bit of Lavrushinsky by Smynex, but only the price per meter in our deal is 5,500,000 rubles per meter. This is London, baby.

It's cool that we had a manager on the developer's side who spoke Chinese, because English was not the most convenient language for the client, but our broker Olga was also on top of things. The deal cycle was 83 days.

We've never sold an apartment for over a billion dollars. We've sold mansions, buildings and lots, but this is the first apartment. Before that, the top bar for deals in our portfolio was occupied by a penthouse on Polyanka/44 and an apartment in Moscow Residence by Mandarin Oriental. Let's celebrate this record deal!
